The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to pass orders on the alleged complaint dated 08.04.2013 given by the fourth respondent.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the fourth respondent lodged false and frivolous complaint as against the petitioner and the second respondent conducted enquiry, however, till date no orders have been passed. Hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that without going into the merits of the case, this Court may issue direction to the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the complaint dated 08.04.2013 given by the fourth respondent, within a reasonable time frame.

4.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to pass appropriate orders on the complaint dated 08.04.2013 given by the fourth respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
