[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] (1) Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.A.Raja Mohamed, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the 3rd respondent. (2) This writ petition is filed with a limited prayer to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.01.2023.

(3) In the representation, the petitioner has raised some objections for grant of permission to the 3rd respondent / Organization, who has called for a public meeting and demonstration in Tiruppur. (4) Mr.R.Shanmugasundaram, learned Advocate General assisted by Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned Government Pleader appearing for

respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the 3rd respondent seeking permission for the Meeting and demonstration has been rejected by respondents 1 and 2 and therefore, the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous.

(5) Recording the submission of the learned Advocate General, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
