The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to I.D.Nos.9 of 2006 and 25 of 2007 and quash the common award made therein dated 29.12.2009 in so far as the 1st respondent has negatived the claim of the petitioner herein for additional bonus for the years 2005-2006 onwards and pass such further orders.
