Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure to set aside the fair and final order dated 05.07.2001 made in F.A.No.64/2000 in F.P.No.61/1996 in O.S.No.203/1994 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Dharapuram as confirmed by the order in C.M.A.No.89/2000 dated 28.04.2003 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Erode and to allow the petition.

O R D E R

When the matter was listed on 16.07.2020, there was no representation on behalf of the revision petitioner. Therefore, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal" on 23.07.2020. Thereafter, the matter was not listed for one year and it was listed before this Court on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

22.09.2021, on which date also, none appeared on behalf of the revision petitioner. The Civil Revision Petition was filed in the year 2003, aggrieved by the order passed by the Court below, dated 28.04.2003. It is seen from the endorsements made in the Order Sheet that the matter has been listed for number of times. Despite of it, the revision petitioner failed to show any interest to conduct the case today also and this Court is ''sick and tired'' of granting adjournments.

2. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
