S. MANIKUMAR, J.

The detenue, Asha, aged about 25 years, is the wife of the petitioner. Alleging that the 2nd respondent-Father-in-law, is illegally detaining his wife, the petitioner has filed this Writ of Habeas Corpus, to produce her before this Court and set her at liberty.

Ms.Asha is a graduate in Nursing. When enquired, she stated that unable to bear the treatment, she left on her own accord, to her father's house, at Kerala. She denied the allegation of illegal detention.

In the light of the categorical submission of the alleged detenue, prima facie, we find that the allegation of illegal detention is not substantiated. Therefore, issuance of any Habeas Corpus, does not arise.
