This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file the Charge Sheet in Crime No.544 of 2021 before the appropriate jurisdictional Magistrate's Court within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (cr.side) would submit that on the instruction given by one Mr.Rajaram, Sub Inspector of Police attached to the Pudupettai Police Station that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet is has been made ready and the same is the pending for opinion from the Assistant Director of prosecution. 3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of directing the respondent to file the final report within two months from today.
