This application is taken out by the plaintiff for amending the extent of the property in the schedule to the plaint.

2.Learned counsel submits that part of the schedule property was acquired by the Government.

3.The counter objection raised is that the award copy has not been produced as part of proof.

4.For the present, this Court considers it appropriate to allow this amendment.

5.The plaintiff is directed to produce a copy of the award during trial.
