Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.RAJARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.SINGARAM, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to extend the time to deposit Rs.3,00,000/- before the Trial Court on or before 03.01.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.18797 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.No.1477 of 2019.
2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to financial constrains, the petitioner was not able to comply with condition (a) of the earlier order of this Court, dated 19.12.2019, namely, to deposit Rs.3,00,000/- before the Trial Court on or before 03.01.2020. Anyhow, to prove his bonafide, now, the petitioner has brought a Demand Draft for the said sum.
4. In such view of the matter, time is granted till 10.02.2020 to deposit such amount before the trial court. It is made clear that, excepting the time extension, the other conditions imposed in the earlier order dated 19.12.2019 shall remain unaltered. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5. This Crl.M.P. is ordered accordingly.
