This petition is filed to transfer the investigation from 3rd respondent to CBCID and investigate the complaint dated 15.14.2022 which was pending on the file of the respondent police in Crime No.396 of 2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the postmortem report of the petitioner's daughter Suganya revealed that multiple parallel horizontal superficial cut injuries of varying size of 12 cuts with tailing towards inward seen over from left forearm seen. The deceased is the daughter of the petitioner/defacto complainant and she was married to the first accused. The first accused along with his mother and others had illtreated the deceased on the demand of dowry. They have also committed cruelty on her. Now, it is claimed by them that that the deceased Suganya committed suicide by hanging.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that first accused namely Adharsh /husband of the deceased was arrested and the respondent police is taking steps for arresting other accused. He further submitted that suicide note is also available. 1/3
4. The photographs filed by the petitioner and the post-mortem report shows that deceased had external injuries indicating that the claim of commission of suicide is to be properly and carefully investigated.
5. Post the matter after three weeks for producing the suicide note and the updated status of the investigation in this case. 25.01.2023 Sma 2/3
