This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorari 1/4

calling for the records in proceedings in No.4/2/7/2017-Admn(part) dated 05.01.2024 on the file of the respondent herein and to quash the same. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal in the manner known to law, if so advised.
