The petitioner has come up with the Writ Petition for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to furnish e-Token / Online Website I.D. number in respect of the Tender (single cover system) Notification (1) No.BRR.C.No.B4/4184 & 4186 / 2017, (2) No.BRR.C.No.B4/4185 & 4187 / 2017, (3) No.BRR.C.No.B4/4233 & 4070 / 2017, (4) No.BRR.C.No.B4/4234 / 2017, (5) No.BRR.C.No.B4/4235 & 4236 / 2017 for execution of the works mentioned in the respective Tender Notification dated 11.01.2017 to enable the petitioner to participate in the Tender.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Advocate General submitted that as per the order of this Court dated 17.01.2018, on line Website I.D. number could not be furnished to the petitioner, due to technical reason and now the respondent-Corporation has decided to cancel the tender process. The learned counsel further submitted that at the time of issuing fresh tender, petitioner would be provided with on line Website I.D. number as sought for in this writ petition to enable him to participate in the tender process and he has also filed a report statement dated 19.01.2018.

4. Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Advocate General, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected, miscellaneous petition is closed.
