2. Heard, the learned counsel for the second respondent.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the second respondent, it is ordered that sub-para (iv) of the twelfth paragraph of the judgment dated 27.04.2021 in CMA.No.2300 of 2012 shall read as follows: "12(iv) The second respondent is directed to deposit the entire enhanced award amount, less the amount, if any, already deposited, along with accrued interest within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this judgment. Thereafter, the second respondent is at liberty to recover the same from the first respondent in the manner known to law"
