The applicant seeks an extension of the mandate of the arbitral tribunal. Learned counsel submits that oral arguments were concluded and that written arguments have also been submitted to the tribunal. On instructions, learned counsel for the first respondent submits that he has no objection to this application being allowed.
2. Upon taking into consideration the current stage of arbitral proceedings, the mandate of the arbitral tribunal is extended by a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The application is allowed on these terms.
