Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ or order of direction or any other Writ in the nature Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent herein to consider petitioner's representation dated 24.07.2021 and forthwith release the pending dues towards for the Contract dated 15.07.2019 for laying concrete Road to ancient Jail, Naduvattam division and towards laying concrete Road opposite to Divisional Manager's office, Naduvattam within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

The limited relief sought for by the petitioner is for a mandamus directing the 4th respondent to consider his representation dated 24.07.2021 seeking release of pending dues towards Contract dated 15.07.2019 for laying of concrete road. 2.Learned counsel for R3 and R4 assures the Court that the representation will be disposed within a period of six (6) weeks from today, after hearing the petitioner.

3.Thus, a direction is issued to R4 to hear the petitioner and pass orders upon representation dated 24.07.2021 within a period of six (6) weeks from today in accordance with law. No costs.
