O R D E R

The prayer in the present petition is to direct the 1st respondent police to give protection to the petitioner for peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's property.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
