ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to extend the time for complying the sureties and order of the Anticipatory bail made in Crl.O.P.Nos.34461 and 34458 of 2019 dated 02.01.2020 and direct the Special Court for PCR Cases, Tiruvannamalai to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of the surrender in Crime No.335 of 2019 and Crime No.329 of 2019 on the file of the respondent herein respectively.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions and also made an endorsement to that effect.
