the proceeding issued by the respondent informing the reason for not calling the petitioner for 13th Wage Negotiation Meeting.

In view of the aforesaid order, the remedy open to the petitioner is to challenge it in the manner known to law. Suffice it is to state that there is no wilful disobedience involved. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
