This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Thiruvarur District on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.15618 of 2022 dated 14.10.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the final report and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
