ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the 1st respondent to conduct the investigation in Crime No.2 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible and file a final report before the competent Court.

2. It is seen that a case has been registered in Crime No.2 of 2015 on 14.01.2015. Hence, the respondent police is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report or a closure https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

report as the case may be, as expeditiously as possible before the concerned Court and intimate the same to the petitioner herein. Thereafter, the petitioner is directed to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.

With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
