Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings R.11/4093/11 dated 16.04.2014 and quash the same and issue consequential direction directing the respondents to grant permission to the petitioner to deposit the advance deposit amount first monthly instalment and any other required fees to the 3rd respondent and 3rd respondent to accept the same and restore the petitioner as allottee to the House No.MIG II 94 of Perundurai Scheme Area, Erode.
