This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner in Crime No.not Known of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, K3Aminjikarai Police Station, Chennai.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that based on the complaint given by the second respondent, C.S.R.No.1 of 2020 was issued and the same was closed on 03.01.2020.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to enquire the complainant with regard to the said complaint and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, she has to register the case and proceed further and instead of that, she should not unnecessarily harass the petitioner.

4. With the aforesaid observations, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
