(This case has been heard through video conferencing) The petitioner who is an accused in Crime No.592 of 2014 for the offence under Section 147, 148, 363, 342, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC has filed this petition for quashing the First Information Report.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in this case investigation has been completed and charge sheet file and taken on file in C.C.No.2218/2019, which is pending trial before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore and the case is posted for appearance of the accused on the next hearing date is on 21.08.2020.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
