O R D E R

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.10.2013.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that the present complaint was given way back in the year 2013. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the opposite party, a land grabbing case was registered and Final Report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate II, Chengalpattu. Despite that, the opposite party is continuing to cause disturbances to the petitioner and threatening him.

4. Under such circumstances, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a fresh complaint, as and when the opposite party cause trouble. On such complaint being given, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
