The writ petition was listed for final hearing on 11.11.2021. This Court adjourned the matter for hearing on 18.11.2021. When the matter was called on 18.11.2021, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and thus, the case was directed to be listed on 24.11.2021 under the caption "For Dismissal". When the matter was taken up for hearing on 24.11.2021, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, in order to give one more opportunity, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'For dismissal' on 26.11.2021. The matter was listed on 26.11.2021 and not taken up for hearing for want of time.
