Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondents has filed a memo stating that condition imposed in the order dated 22.01.2020 for granting interim injunction restraining the Respondents from disconnecting electricity supply to the premises of the Petitioner, has not been complied. 3.

Even today, there is no representation for the Petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
