KUPPAM POLICE STATION, VELLORE DISTRICT (CRIME NO.318 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner is that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further order dated on 29.11.2021 in Crl.OP.

22645 of 2021 and pass such further or other orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S B.S.MANIKANDAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22645 of 2021 on 29.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
