O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenu Syed Abdul Sattar, aged about 28 years, to cause production of his son, before this Court and to set him at liberty. 2.The alleged detenu is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. The fifth respondent/wife of the detenu is also before us.

3.On enquiry, the detenu told us that there is no illegal detention by anybody and he married the fifth respondent and that they are living peacefully.

4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenu that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
