ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd and 4th respondents herein to regularize the petitioner's service as Record Clerk in the 5th respondent school from the date of joining i.e 16.03.2011 and consequently to direct the respondents to provide all attendant benefits to the

petitioner with retrospective effect from the date of joining in the 5th respondent school.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been working as a Record Clerk in the 5th respondent school since the year 2011. However, her services have not been regularised till date. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Since no adverse order has been passed against the 5th respondent, notice to the 5th respondent is dispensed with. 4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that if the petitioner makes a representation within a period of two weeks, the same will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed.

5. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to make an appropriate representation to the 3rd respondent, along with the proposal of the 5th respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy

of this order. Upon receipt of such representation, the 3rd respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks thereafter.
