This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.52 of 2013, pending on the file of the respondent Police.

2.When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought for an adjournment. Whereas, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the case in Crime No.52 of 2013, has already been closed as "mistake of fact". The learned Government Advocate further submitted that as on date there is no case pending as against the petitioner on the file of the first respondent police.

3.In view of the above submission, nothing further survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
