Crl.M.P.No.1165 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.22772 of 2023 Crl.M.P.No.1165 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.22772 of 2023 N.ANAND VENKATESH , J This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 13.10.2023.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 01.02.2024, this Court passed the following order:

"The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the earlier condition imposed by this Court dated 13.10.2023 has not been complied with.

The learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to take instructions and report as to whether the condition imposed by this Court in the earlier order dated 13.10.2023 has been complied with. Only when the earlier condition has been complied with, this Court will consider the present relax petition. Post this petition under the same 'to relax' on 08.02.2024."

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition from 03.11.2023 to till date.

4. In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
