This petition has been filed by the 1st accused, S.Srinivasan, against whom non-bailable warrant is pending before the trial Court.

2.This relates to seizure of 18370 Kgs of PDS rice in a container lorry bearing Registration No.KA 53 A 9483. 3.Again the petitioner had chosen not to appear before the trial Court inviting the Court to issue non-bailable warrant. I cannot pass any orders on the indulgence of the petitioner, only because he has taken a decision to abstain from the Court proceedings before the trial Court.
