Crl.M.P.Nos.1027 & 1029 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.13827 of 2023 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN ,J.

Crl.M.P.No.1027 of 2024 has been filed to extend the time to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court vide order dated 20.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13827 of 2023.

Crl.M.P.No.1029 of 2024 has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner should deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- by way of demand draft to the credit of District Revenue Officer, in Crl.O.P.No.13827 of 2023 dated 20.07.2023.

2.The order of this Court is dated 20.07.2023 and it had lapsed for non performance of the conditions.

3.Hence, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition and to extend the time for complying the conditions.

Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.
