ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.7 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent to the file of the 2nd respondent. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that eventhough the 1st respondent police have registered an F.I.R under Section 154 of Cr.P.C, no action has been taken till date and hence, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondent Police to expedite the investigation and complete the same as early as possible.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the 1st respondent police is effectively conducting the investigation and he will file the final report within a period of six weeks, before the concerned Court.
