These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order, dated 01.12.2023 in Crl.OP.Nos.27266 & 27267 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police, daily at 10.30 a.m., for further period of 20 days and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

4.In view of the above modifications, these Criminal Original Petitions are ordered.
