PRAYER: Criminal Revision Case filed under Sections 397 read with 401 of Criminal Procedure Code to call for the records in DVOP No.141 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (Additional Mahila Court), Salem and to allow the revision. For Petitioner :

As per Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, revision is not the proper remedy as against the final order passed in Domestic Violence Original Petition. Mr.T.Meganathan, Learned counsel on record seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the abovesaid submission and the endorsement so made, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to take back the certified copy of the order made in DVOP No.141 of 2013, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (Additional Mahila Court), Salem. Permission is granted, after replacing the same with an attested copy of the same.
