ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking for a mandamus directing the second respondent to issue patta to the petitioner basing on the petitioner's application dated 21.12.2023.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had purchased 43 acres of land in S.No.116/3K situated at Kilvanakampatt Village, Sengam Taluk, Thandarampattu Sub division, Tiruvannamali District, Vadarkaadu belonging to the legal heirs of one Mari Gounder through a registered sale deed dated 16.11.1988 vide document No.1318/1988 at Sub Register Office, Thandarampattu, since then he is in possession of the said property for more than 30 years. The petitioner had approached the respondents for more than 30 years for issuance of patta in his name for the above said property but there was no response. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner made an online application on 20.12.2023 and also submitted a representation on 21.12.2023 for issuance of patta but then also there was no response from the respondents and hence, sought for a suitable direction. 3.
The learned Additional Government Pleader has taken notice for all the respondents and submitted that the petitioner's representation submitted on 21.12.2023 for issuance of patta would be considered if certain time frame is stipulated by this Court. 4.

Considering the limited scope of relief sought for by the petitioner and also the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.01.2023 by following the procedure scrupulously and by going through the revenue records and by giving notices to all concerned and complete the same in the manner know to law, as quickly as possible, at any rate not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
