ORDER
This Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, B1, North Beach Police Station, Chennai every day at 10.30 a.m until further orders in the order dated 16.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.31047 of 2024.
2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31047 of 2024 dated 16.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every first Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
