This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the respondent police daily at 06.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P. No.29424 of 2024 dated 25.11.2024. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the respondent police daily at 06.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P. No.29424 of 2024 dated 25.11.2024, is relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
