ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by her, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the fourth respondent, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.
3. It is seen from the records that the petitioner has not made any representation to the authorities. Therefore, the petitioner will have to send a fresh representation to the authorities requesting for survey and demarcation of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. 4.No prejudice will be caused to the authorities, if they are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners, the fourth respondent as well as any other party whom they deem it fit. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:-
(a) The petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the authorities seeking for survey and demarcation of her property, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; (b) On receipt of such representation, the official respondents are directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners, the fourth respondent and also to any other party, whom they deem it fit to put on notice; (c) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the official respondents shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks thereafter.
