O R D E R

This petition has been filed to modify the conditions of bail dated 28.04.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.7155 of 2017 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Ms.R.Anitha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that Crl.M.P.No.7597 of 2017 has been filed for extension of time, which has been listed today before the learned XV Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai and that the matter has been passed over till now i.e., at 5.15 p.m.

4. The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] as well as the learned counsel for the intervener submits that the petition seeking extension of time, has already been rejected today. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. In view of the contradicting statements made by both the counsels, there shall be an order modifying the earlier condition of bail dated 28.04.2017 passed in Crl.M.P.No.7155 of 2017 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai to the extent that the petitioner shall furnish bank guarantee to the tune of Rs.4,31,00,000/- [Rupees Four Crores Thirty One Lakhs only] on or before 31.05.2017, subject to the fact that the petition seeking extension of time in Crl.M.P.No.7597 of 2017 has not already been disposed of. All other conditions imposed in the earlier order dated 28.04.2017 shall remain unaltered.
