Mrs.V.Yamunadevi, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents. With the consent of both parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Pg.Nos.2/6

2. This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.01.2024, in and by which, she sought to issue Patta to the lands measuring an extent of 17 cents under the classification of Grama Natham or Natham Poromboke in S.No.507/35 in Chinthalapaid Revenue Village & Post situated in Pappireddipatti Taluk, Dharmapuri District. Since there was no response from respondents 1 to 4 till date, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Since this writ petition is filed for a simple Mandamus to consider the representation of the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any view or opinion with regard to the merits of the case, directs the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.01.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as rival claimants/interested parties if any as the case may be.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
