Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, or any other Writ of order or direction in the nature of a Writ to call for the records relating to the impugned suspension made in Ku.Aa. No.22613/288/Ni.Pi1/(3)2007-3 dated 30.06.2007 and the consequential rejection order made in Ku.Aa.No.023331/884/NiPi(3)/ Ko. Tha. Pa. Ni/2013 dated 08.01.2014 passed by the 4th respondent and quash the same as illegal and without Jurisdiction and consequently direct the
respondents 1 to 4 to revoke the suspension and grant all attendant benefits including arrears of pay and other emoluments to the petitioner.
