ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner in para 5(b) by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.30996 of 2024 order dated 12.12.2024 in Cr.No.398 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30996 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
