This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 24 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case against the order passed in C.M.P.No.2184 of 2024 in M.C.No.18 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyatham.

2. Despite notice served on the respondents and their name also printed in the cause list, there is no representation for the respondents.

3. Though the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit is not satisfied, in order to give an opportunity to the petitioner, delay is condoned. 07-02-2025 ksa-2 Note:Registry is directed to take the revision on file, if the papers are otherwise ins order.
