PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent in tender ID 2024-PWD501086-1 dated 02.01.2025 and its consequential award of work to the 6th respondent dated 03.01.2025 and quash the same consequently direct the 4th respondent to accept the bid of the petitioner in tender ID 2024-PWD-5010861 and award contract to the petitioner based on the tender filed by the petitioner.
