1355/2020) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.THIRUGNANAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.R.DHILIPKUMAR, Standing Counsel on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in compliance of the conditions imposed by this Court in the order dated 18.12.2019 in W.M.P.No.35825 of 2019, the Petitioner has remitted a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- on 20.12.2019 and another sum of Rs.2,69,136/- on 13.01.2020 and seeks extension of time to remit the balance sum of Rs.2,00,000/- within a period of 4 weeks. 2.Accepting the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Miscellaneous Petition, time is extended till 20.02.2020.
