This is a revision which arises against an order passed in TRP.No.20 of 1994 dated 29.06.1995. The said proceedings have subsequently been re-numbered as WP.No.21137 of 2004 and was dismissed by an order dated 09.08.2021.

2.Mr.A.Sivaji, learned counsel for the petitioners bring to my notice that as against the order passed in the writ petition, a writ appeal has been preferred in W.A.No.78 of 2023 and the same is pending. 3.Reserving the right of the petitioner to raise all the objections in the other proceeding, the civil revision petition is closed. No costs. 4.Office has listed the matter before me because the case is shown to be pending in the records. No E.B. is available. Therefore, it shall be deleted from the list of pending cases.
