ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to set aside the order dated 28.02.2017 passed by the learned Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magistrate Level) No.II, Poonamallee, Thiruvallur District, in CMP No.521 of 2017 in S.T.C.No.143 of 2015.

2. A perusal of the order of the court below reveals that there is no illegality or infirmity in the order, since the power under Section 311 is discretionary. In the facts and circumstances, I do not find any merits to interfere with the order dated 28.02.2017 passed by the learned Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.II, Poonamallee, Thiruvallur District, in CMP No.521 of 2017 in S.T.C.No.143 of 2015.

3. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed and the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. Since the proceeding is pending from the year 2015 onwards, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

trial court shall endeavour to complete the proceedings as expeditiously as possible.
