ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to treat the petitioner as a selected Candidate under Backward Classes category Ex Service man Quota and PSTM Quota and allow him to appear for the Medical Test and participate in the further recruitment process and grant him all consequential benefits.

2. There is no representation for the writ petitioner.

3. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that selection process has already been completed.

4. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for respondent, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.
