2. Though the learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent seeks time to get instructions, this Court finds that there is no issue regarding the relationship between the parties.

Therefore, the writ miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to carryout the amendment and list the writ petition for hearing on 27.02.2024.
